Prashant Issar, Managing Director of Bellona Hospitality, is a visionary in the Indian dining scene. His career began at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, and evolved through managing Michelin-starred Amaya in London, before leading global brands like Hakkasan and Yauatcha. His crowning achievement is Ishaara, celebrated for its inclusive service model. An IHM Mumbai graduate with an MBA from Henley Business School, Prashant combines operational excellence with entrepreneurial flair. A TEDx speaker and long-distance runner, his passion extends beyond business, inspiring others both in hospitality and in life.
